When serving as a mediator, Leticia Dieppa acts as a neutral third party. Mediation is distinct from attorney representation. A mediator does not represent either party or guarantee a settlement. Appropriate conflict-screening is conducted before a mediation is scheduled.
Two-hour minimum
Mediation fees are separate from attorney consultation fees. Cancellation terms, deposits, and payment policies are confirmed at booking.
Sessions are generally scheduled within 7 to 15 days, subject to actual availability.
